Any help would be grateful. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for 4-5 weeks now. I've got a change of circumstances and need to update things. Luckily it's not a decrease in income it's and increase. I've also got a few other things needing sorted. I've phoned the number in several occasions and been told someone will call me back but they never do. Whilst I understand there is change and things happen but at the same time a bit of communication would be helpful. Any idea when I may hear back?

Hi Baller1 - I'm sorry you've been struggling to get a proper response. Due to office moves a lot of case files are still being shipped/unpacked and it may be that your case manager is not able to give you a definitive reply for a few more days. Your patience is appreciated and I am sure that your issue will be resolved very soon.

Ibmstyle - I'll give you a call this afternoon to update you on where things stand.

Kevin,

I noted your new firm is Apex Debt solutions? I am receiving correspondence from FRP Advisory? Are you both the same company now or has my TD been passed to another company now?

Hi Baller1.

My understanding is that plasticdaft is correct. Apex Debt Solutions is wholly owned by FRP Advisory.

That's correct, Apex Debt Solutions is wholly owned by FRP Advisory. FRP letterheads must have been used as a temporary measure by your case manager I guess, as all correspondence should come from Apex from now on.

Kevin, just wondering if someone will be in touch at some point to tell us this? I've heard nothing from rsm/apex/frp/whoever since I was told of a change of trustee in June/July. Bit of communication wouldn't go amiss!

Hi Claree

Yes everyone will be sent a letter soon notifying them of the recent changes. All of the staff here have been working flat out since the move in getting everything organised, but this is something high on our list, I promise!

I have been trying to contact my case manager for a good few days now and have sent numerous emails and left numerous voicemails. I understand things are a but up in the air but at the same time people who you act in trust for still need some attention. And problems resolved. How long is it going to be until things are sorted and some kind of service resumes?

Sorry Baller1. It may be that you are using old contact details. We have had a few issues with email messages not being forwarded on from the previous address.
If you want to contact me through the forum by clicking on the button then I will see to it that your case manager gets in touch with you.
