I got an email late on from my account manager to confirm here was no objections and that our TD's are not protected

What a HUGE wait that is off our minds. 41 and 35 payments to go and we will be at the end

This is proving to be a very good Monday!

Half way already!

Hi colski,

Excellent news and a good way to start a Monday.

Creditors will probably still continue to send you collection letters and threaten legal action against you but don't worry about this any longer. If they do, let you case manager know who will deal with it for you.

Excellent! And now sit back, relax and start ignoring your creditors attempts to extract money from you.

Nothing left to discharge - everything's done and dusted!

Great news - this is the tip of the iceberg now, things will get better. Now don't be putting up with any nonsense over the phone from your creditors - Ask for their name, direct number as well as fax number so your IP could contact them directly...that's what I was advised to do by my IP and things soon calmed down. Wishing you a speedy 3 years.

The registration you were told about is on the Register of Insolvencies, colski. They officially become protected trust deeds once they are placed on the register. Just a matter of a few days, but don't worry, this is merely an administrative thing and your creditors cannot object now.
