Hi

Received Form 5 in the post today. Just checked AIB website but debtor discharge date not showing.

Any advice on this?

Thanks

They send it to the Accountant in Bankruptcy as well as you gresgow.

Someone at the AIB then needs to upload it onto the Register of Insolvencies - then it becomes official.

Might take a couple of days I suppose. Almost there!

Hi gresgow

It normally takes a few days to update the ROI after they receive Form 5, but I'm sure it will show shortly.

Glad it all worked out in the end.
