Hello everyone hope you are all well.

25th October 2013 I received form 5.

I just checked my credit report via credit expert & Santander unsecured loan still shows default which was included in my trust deed.

I cant remember the account number the load was linked to; but everything else is (settled)

I've moved address last year so the Santander unsecured loan still shows my old address.

What would you advise I do now?

Thanks, S

Hello sparky1.

If improving your credit record is important to you I think you should get in touch with Santander, get the account details and request that the appropriate update is added to your credit record.

Your trust deed paperwork, if you have it, may have the account details in it.

TDA Would you say this is normal the length of time it has taken to adjust on my credit file. I have my form 5 to hand the most important bit..... but for the life of me - I cant find the trust deed - Now that my trustee is no longer in office would they send me a copy out if I asked?

Sorry for the slow reply sparky1.

I'm not sure there is a "normal" in this respect. If they haven't done it by now it doesn't look like they're planning to though.

Your trustee might well be able to supply you with an account number. Santander could probably look it up once you've cleared security with them as well.

HI Sparky

Just to echo what TDA said, I had no account numbers and when I contacted the companies it was not a problem. Apart from remembering passwords etc. I was given all account numbers for future communication and accounts were updated.

Good luck
