Hi
I have made my final payment & also fortunate that the Trustee accepted payment from 3rd party for the equity. The last 3 years have flown by very quickly and I am so glad I made the decision to enter a TD. Despite being made redundant & unemployed for 10 months I was able to maintain payments due to insurance cover. I then landed a new job with a great salary so was able to contribute more into the TD.
Thank you so much for help and assistance from experts, TDA & those that have also experienced the same thing.
Just need that form 5 in my hand:-)

Congratulations Domino99 I'm glad that the Trust Deed worked out well for you. Hopefully that form 5 will come soon.

It's funny how often people say that the 3 or 4 years has flown by!

Hi
Can anyone provide any insight to how long Payplan generally take to discharge you? Having asked for an update I have been told that 'the file is with Accounts & depends on how long the creditors take to respond'. I'm not sure what this response is?

Thanks,

Domino99

Hi Domino99,

Once your last payment has been made into your Trust Deed, and before we apply for your discharge we ensure final checks are taken on all cases to confirm that all distributions have been made to your creditors, and that yourself and the Trustee have met all of the Trust Deed obligations.

Please send me your reference via the existing clients 'contact us' section found on our website. I will then be able to look into your case and contact you with a clearer insight into the timescales for your discharge.

We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Many Thanks
