Hi luby.

I'm afraid most insolvency firms, as most other firms, are likely to be closed by 5pm today.

You could try to contact them to see though.

Hi Luby

We are closed until Friday, however I took a run over to the office after seeing your post to check as most objections, if any, are faxed through. I can confirm there were no objections whatsoever and before you ask, no there wont be any objections faxed through in the next in the next 2 hours and 52 mins as TIX are closed!

Hopefully this will put your mind at ease.

Mark

Hi Luby, not a problem. The office is only 10 mins from the house and I had to pop out to get some ahem! sparkling water, fruit and soft drinks for this evening.

Have a fab time and I'll speak to you in the New Year.

Mark

That really is "above and beyond" Mark.

Well done to you.

I hope your head's OK after all of those soft drinks?

That's excellent news luby and a good way to start the new year with the protection of your Trust a Deed.
