Hi richlaw666.

The site itself recommends the four firms represented here by Mark, Kevin, Shona and Chris. We're not saying they're the only good firms, but plenty of previous visitors to the site have used them and written positively about them in this forum.

If you wanted to get in touch they each have contact forms on their profiles.

Kpmg have had poor press on here lately. I went with rsm tenor who are represented on here and would be happy to recommend them.

Talk to a couple of firms to ensure best advice.

Hi Richard

I think the key point is to speak with at least 2 and ensure all matters are discussed and agreed in writing before you do anything. Topics covered should be equity, assets, overtime, bonuses etc and also length of time of the trust deed as this appears to have been an issue with some.

Just make sure that you have everything in writing before you sign anything.that way there can be no nasty surprises. As Mark said, you need details on houses, cars and any other sets you may have.

Shona is not currently posting in the Trust-Deed.co.uk forum.

Hi
I'm with shona's firm and the experience has been very positive. They are very professional and understanding and shona was excellent to deal with when setting everything up at the beginning. A word of advice, just take your time and ensure you fully understand everything, its definitely not something to rush into.
Good luck.

Avoid KPMG like the plague. Their customer service is dire, their communication is appalling and they make mistake after mistake. I wish I had found this forum before I signed my trust deed

Payplan lack any sort of personal touch as they have become too big in my opinion. With them you are very much just a number.

I went with rsm tenon, they were one of several firms that citizens advice pointed me in the direction of but from speaking to people on this place any of the companies who have reps on here will give sound advice.

Its really worth chatting to a few to get a feel for things.
