If a Trust doesn't become protected, what's next ?
Hi Bob
Most firms will know exactly the criteria to get it protected. The vast majority work to a set criteria, so there should be no issues (hopefully)
In the unlikely event it fails, then sequestration may be the next option. However I'm sure it will be fine.

Sequestration isn't necessarily the only option in this circumstance though Bob1508. For example you could set up a DAS payment programme instead.
As Mark says though, trust deeds failing to become protected are few and far between for insolvency practitioners that know what they are doing.
