Sallary in today with no issues and has promptly been transfer out into my new account.

I also got my paper work through yesterday for the trsutdeed preposals which are all in order. Next step is to sign and wait for it to become protected. Fingers crossed its all done and dusted in Feb as its a straight forward case.

Excellent! That must have been a long 24-48 hours.

Things should run smoothly from now on.

Great stuff. Which firm did you opt for and why? Helps others to know. Only if you want to share that info that is.

That's good to hear.

I'm afraid it will run into March before your trust deed becomes protected though, colski. 5 weeks has to elapse from the date of the Edinburgh Gazette notice before the protection can be registered with the AIB

Hi Kevin,

I had wondered about this. Thanks for the heads up with the time scales.

Im signing my TD today with Nicola in your Glasgow office and my wife is doing her's tomorrow (Conformation we are going with RSM Tenon for thoes who were asking). From review with Euan our case seems to be straight forward (as far as a Trsut Deed can be). So fingers crossed it will go through relativly quickly within the acceptible time scales.

I was hoping the first payment could come out at the start of March but of the timescales dont allow for this then I guess it will be April now. I will try and confirm this today.

Hello colski.

Best wishes to you and your wife.

I'm sure everything will go fine, but fingers crossed for you anyway.
