Hi bikergirl

Previously a trustee charged vat on fees, this is now not the case. The may proceed to reclaim the vat,but this will go to creditors unfortunately and not back to you.

Hi

Sorry to dampen your spirits, but you won't get any of this money back, it just means a higher dividend for you creditors, (unless your debts were pid in full!) Don't go and spend in anticpation!!!

It will only go back to the person in the trust deed if they have repaid their debts in full plus fees!!

Hi biker girl.

Let's not underestimate how well you've already done to reach the last couple of months of your trust deed. I know it isn't easy from so much of what we have read here over the years, but I hope you have found the process (and soon also the outcome) to be worthwhile?

Hi biker girl.

I'd imagine most firms would store it for some time and eventually ensure that it is securely destroyed (in line with regulatory and data protection responsibilities).

Do you have concerns on this subject? Is there information or documentation that you would like to be returned to you?
