Thanks mark for your advice.can you please provide me number of AIB..also I had left a message to the new baker Tilly and they called me today and informed them about my situation and they said they are still organising things and setting up computers so someone will be in touch with me soon which gives me bit of relief.all am worried about is that creditors might not get legal action against me if they don't hear anything from Rsm or don't get payment

Hi ibmstyle

If you call 0300 200 2600, they should be able to put you through to the right person. If it's been received, I'm sure it will be logged in the system.

Hi ibmstyle,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having some difficulties regarding your Trust Deed.

With regards to your creditors getting paid, a Trust Deed works on the basis that the majority of time the money you pay to the Trust Deed is ingathered over a period of time and then paid out to each one of the creditors as a dividend/one off payment. Your creditors won't receive ongoing monthly payments from RSM.

I would be surprised if your creditors took any kind of legal action against you in this short period. Keep on at Baker Tilly and hopefully they register your Trust Deed as protected.

The number for the AIB is 0300 200 26 0 0 should you wish to give them a call.

It might not be quite so straightforward in this instance Paul.

I'd expect that there will be more news for those with concerns about this situation very soon.

Sorry but they have taken on the cases and therefore have accepted the responsibility, yet not even a letter to any customers of RSM Tenon to inform them whats happening? !?

I called AIB today and they said that they haven't received any form 3 or anything from Rsm Tennon for me and hence my trust deed isn't registered protected yet and they said can't do anything in this until they don't receive all my documentation which is a shame

Hi ibmstyle.

You'll be aware that business sales, takeovers etc can be very difficult and worrying times for employees and can subsequently lead to major changes.

You may not be aware that Kevin hasn't posted here at all for eight days now.

I appreciate your frustration - everyone reading this will - but I'm afraid repeatedly stating that Kevin should respond here or investigate this personally isn't going to help you to move forwards at the moment.

Any of our members that have met Kevin - there will be quite a few - will know how seriously he takes providing great advice and good service to clients.
