Hi everyone,
I received the paperwork thru for my 1st annual review and phoned the firm to ask how many wage slips and bank statements to send as it wasn't specified on the letter.
I was asked if anything had changed in the last 12 months, when I replied "other than my income dropping ยฃ200 a month then no" I was told that I don't need to bother sending in statements and wage slips as they were only to demonstrate changes. But as i was managing the payments and nothing else had changed i didn't need to bother. I was then told that they were putting a note on my file not to expect paperwork for me.
Is this normal???
Thanks ๐
Nice of them to be concerned at your income reduction! !

Hi TDA yes I can still manage, it's tight but I've learned to budget! I don't really want to reduce my monthly payment as they said it would result in an extension to my TD, I'm almost halfway thru so I just want to keep plodding away at it. Just thought it was a bit strange that they would take my word for it and not want to see bank statements and wage slips?!
Hi Trixie
As it was advice from a phone call, I would complete the form if I was you and post it with last 3 payslips.
Belts and braces approach.

Hi Trixie1980,
I would agree with Mark. Send the form back with 3 months bank statements and payslips that way your covered.
Often we hear on the forum that something was discussed over the phone but later on down the line there is no record of this.
