Hi has anyone used Stirling Toner & Co for a T-Deed set up? If so how long did they wait on their Form 5 (discharge). On a positive note this has been good company (so far) [:)] who have looked after my T-Deed really good communication as questions I have asked have been answered that day, above all they are fair as I'm sure most others are.

Hi sparky1.

I cannot remember the firm being mentioned on the site before, usually a good sign!!

It's good to hear that things have gone well so far. You may want to ask them how long its normally taking them at the moment.

I had dealings with them in my previous job as a money adviser and they always seemed a very respectable and friendly bunch.

A lady called Shona originally set up my Trust deed through a meeting which took place at my home. Then another meeting took place to sign all the paper work. I would recommend Stirling Toner & Co to anyone thinking of a trust deed. I never compared firms and I didn't know about this website either. Thankfully all worked at well in the end.

Always worth shopping around a little but often doesnt happen as you just want to get help and jump at the 1st offer!!

They sound like a decent enough firm though,as TDA says no complaints about them on here is always a positive thing.
