Louise, Its not urgent that you do this, It's just a thought for later on in the weeks ahead; Its probably worth your while registering yourself on the AIB website as its free, you will eventually see your trust deed details come up and its easy to navigate around.

I was able to find out that I was discharged at the end of my trust deed through this website rather than finding out through my trustee. It also showed the date my trust deed become protected. The website is updated on a daily "working day" basis.

I was surprised at the huge number of people with the same surname as me who were all in a trust deed, I think I started a trend.

Hi Luby

Advert should be Tuesday, which will make the 5 weeks 31 December 2013.

The AIB wont register anything until after the 5 week protection period.

Probably Louise. Try and put it out of your mind over Christmas if possible. It's quite nice to think of having a new start for the new year isn't it?
