Approx 50% of my unsecured debts are with the same bank that i use for my wages to go into...!!!!!...my question is...should i open a new bank account with a diff bank.....one that i have no debts with....jst in case my present bank tells me to close my account???...as ive taken out a TD with them???....my reasoning is that i can easily get another bank account now as i have a very good credit rating...but after the start of the TD...i prob wont be able to get anothrr account due to credit searches/scoring....just wondered what u all think...?? maybe im worrying a bit too much about the details involved when u are signed up/committed to a trust deed and all the limitations of it????
I've recently signed TDpaperwork and was advised to open a new basic bank account. I've gone with Nationwide and no problems so far.

Personally, I always advise people to open a new account.

yes opening a new account is a must
Definately. You'll only be able to get a basic one but it's all you'll need for the forseeable future.
Nothing left to discharge - everything's done and dusted!

A new dawn.
Opening a bank account before signing the trust deed is always advisable. I find Barcalays great.
