I have finally reached the end of my trust deed! and am so happy! [:D]
its been a long road with its bumps but i got there, this forum has been beyond helpful and i will continue to use this to try and get my report on the mend and back in order, once i have received my form. [:)]

it was the best decision at the time for me but one i never want to be in again.

for those of you on your journey you will get there and will all be well!

thank you again

Morning Lilone

That is fantastic and just in time for Christmas. You should be really proud of this achievement and thank you for sharing your story on here to help others.

Reaching out for help is always the hardest stage of debt advice but once you make that decision, it becomes easier!

Congratulations to you lilone.

Thank you for sharing your experience with others who may currently be reading this forum and considering how to deal with their debts.

Do you have any plans for the extra money you'll now have available every month?

so as i had my son i wasnt paying any towards the end due to afford ability but kept in touch with trustee every 3 months but have now started a new job with a higher salary so this is all new but definitely learned more money management through this process and hopefully start saving for a house deposit as this is my main goal!

thank you all again so so helpful! πŸ™‚ [:D]

That's excellent news lilone - sounds like everything is looking great for you.

I was just looking back at your posts over the last 4 years - you certainly sound a whole lot happier now than you did when you first posted back in 2017. I think your story also goes to show that Trust Deeds can and should be flexible enough to cope with unexpected changes in circumstances along the way.

Congratulations and have a lovely Christmas.
