Hi, if you've been in a trust deed once before and cleared your debt, are you able to enter another one?

Yes, there is a 5 year restriction in Sequestration, but not in Trust Deeds.

It is possible that the fact you have been in a trust deed before may count against you when your creditors are choosing whether to object or not - though I doubt it to be honest.
