My 36th and last payment is due to leave my bank on the 1st of June, it has all been straightforward and I have never missed a payment.

I thought I had read on here somewhere I wouldn't have to do another status report before I was eligable for my form 5 as I will have met all my obligations on paying the last payment.

I have recieved a request for a status update and more payslips today. Any thoughts?

Almost certainly just an administration error. The first person you should speak to is your case administrator who should be able to clear up the matter for you.

Hi cheerykel,

As Voice of Reason has said, probably just an admin error. A lot of the time standard forms like this are automatically sent out.

Well done on the completion of your Trust Deed. It's good to hear that's it's been straight forward and without any problems.

During my Trust Deed I have only had two reviews (yearly) not sure if I'll have to do one at the end my last payment in two weeks. I think all IP's should work to the same rule - A review every six months plus the other usual things - I don't think there is enough regulation in place leaving debtors at the hands of there IP's

Hi cheerykel.

As is clear all around this forum, different firms administer their cases using slightly different processes.

I'd just check in with your contact at the firm to confirm exactly what will happen after June 1st.

My administrator called me back. It was an error, they do require me to submit the form with 2 payslips but was reassured it was for my file only and would not affect/change any payments. He also confirmed nothing else i.e PPI was still being investigated so nothing should hold up the form 5. Having said that he said it could take up to 3 month to receive this. All in all I have been very happy with the service Carrington Dean have provided and look forward to cancelling the direct debit next month.

That's good cheerykel.

I'm glad it's all sorted out and that the finishing line is still so close.

I'm like a dog with a bone when it comes to the subject of being discharged (form 5) - 3 months is totally unnecessary if everything is up to date. I will be on the phone constantly demanding it.
