Hi josophia2000

Yes, you are free to go with whatever firm you wish. You are only tied once the actual Trust Deed is signed.

Remember though that you may still have to pay a contribution for 3 years in a bankruptcy too. Did the company you signed with not discuss bankruptcy as an option?

If not then it sounds as though you may be better off looking elsewhere for advice. I would suggest discussing all of your options with an insolvency professional or a money adviser. Any of the experts on this site would be happy to look at your situation if you wish, or there are many free advice agencies out there such as citizens advice bureaux or local authority money advisers.

All options should be discussed, how else can you make an informed decision ? As Kevin says, if you are not sure, seek advice elsewhere.
