I would really appreciate some help and advice please, i entered into a trust deed with Wilson Andrews in 2011, i was discharged from the TD in 2015.

I am now receiving letters from LOWELLS asking for money for a credit card that i am 100% sure was on the Trust Deed.

Last payment was 05/01/2016, this correlates to when payment would have been made by WA (on letter from Lowells)

I have contacted Wilson Andrews but their reply was

"Since you were discharged in 2015, your case has already been archived.
We will not have access do your documents due to security purposes.
Could you please contact the Accountant in Bankruptcy (AIB) on aib@aib.gov.uk and request for your discharge documents."

I have contacted the AIB but have not had any responce from them (8weeks+)

Can you please advice as to what i should do?

Many thanks in advance

Good afternoon

This seems to be very common at the moment with creditors, possibly they have not updated their records.

I see you have already contacted the Accountant in Bankruptcy can you advise if this was via email or did you speak to a specific Team?

I could maybe help to direct you to the correct department.

I would chase up AIB again.  It may be quicker to try calling their Trust Deed team - their number is 0300 200 2710

@trustdeed_finished

The only other thing I can suggest is to contact the Trust Deed Team via the email below.

Apologies if you have already been given this.
