I'm being discharged today!! & Form 5 will be in the post today!! Finally, I could move on without this hanging over me...Happy day's.

Yes I know Mark! Jumping the gun a bit....But it's looking good anyway........My IP also said that she has put the 10th of October in her diary. I Guess that is 14 days + (postage days) to give creditors notice that my IP wishes to discharge themselves?

I would agree with that sparky1, our IP discharge was exactly two weeks after our own.

SO what happens now, Does my IP send cheque payments to my creditors and seek discharge? On what grounds could a creditor refuse my IP to be discharged? I know that one creditor objected to my trust deed becoming protected right at the start can they cause problems again?
