Good Afternoon All,

Last week my wife got a copy letter from our Trustee and it it the form 6? I should have mine in soon also.
Is this the trustee's discharge? It says that in 14 days it will appear on the AIB website. May I say that it has been very quick in happening since our last payment, good news!

Yes this is the trustee seeking his/her discharge - the whole thing should be over with very soon now.

What a relief, thanks Kevin. A wee celebration soon, well after I get my letter in too. Enjoy your weekend!

Hi Sam21, that's some good news to receive especially on a Friday!

I'm sure yours won't be far behind.

Hi Sam

The process is that you receive Form 5 which is your discharge. The Trustee then sends out Form 6 to the creditors seeking his discharge which takes 14 days and the hr sends the AIB Form 7 which is a summary of the Trust Deeds income/payments and that's it all done.

Hopefully yours will be sent soon.

Mark
