Well it arrived today and I am absolutely over the moon.....huge thanks to Mark and of course Maria and whoever else is behind the scenes. Also huge thanks to this forum..sooooo glad I found it whilst I was in the pit of despair.
A hard lesson has been learned. To all those about to embark on this journey,the advice given here is invaluable. Follow it and all will work out in the way it should. As for me ,I'm having sparkly stuff tonight and by God I shall enjoy it .

Thanks for all the kind comments,felt a touch rough on Saturday and Sunday !! Sparkly stuff stretched over 2 nights......very nice....
Read your comment yesterday kevin, couldn't reply right away, however,Mary poppins was stuck in my head the rest of the day,that song in particular,and I have to say .....arghhhhhhhhhhh ๐Ÿ™‚

Don't worry, it fairly common for people to stress over the 5 week period, however as long as the proposal to creditors falls within the guidelines we're give, there will be no issues.

The post November Trust deed regulations standardised a lot of stuff, so as long as it follows what we're given, it will be accepted. Not had a failed one yet.
