Hi,

I was informed by my IP that my TD notice would be in the Edinburgh Gazette today Tues 26th Nov. Can I see the Edinburgh Gazette online? If so how do I look for my TD?

Any advice??

Louise

Hi luby.

If you type Edinburgh Gazette into Google (other search engines are available!) it should take you straight to their site.

When I look for an advert there I use the main "search archive" function on the homepage.

Into that box I'll type the full name of the individual followed by the words "trust deed".

Hi luby,

You can access the Edinburgh Gazette although they don't publish the paper online on the website until 3pm. You will need to check after then to see your advert.

Just follow the instructions from TDA and you will find it.

It a common thought that the information is immediately live, but as David says, check later on this afternoon and hopefully it will be there.

Don't worry too much about the 5 weeks.

Luby AIB is a year, but I cant remember how long for the Edinburgh gazette, its not hugely important anyway, but more annoying not knowing.

Hi luby,

I've just checked the website and they haven't yet put the publication onto the site. It will go live this afternoon and I'd suggest trying back a little later, perhaps around 4pm. If you click the ÔÇ£browse publicationÔÇØ tab this will show you the latest Gazette ready for viewing. At the moment the previous one is the 22nd of November.

I wouldn't worry too much about someone seeing your details in Gazette, it's only really people who are in a similar position to you and people that work specifically in the world of debt.

In terms of how long you details remain on the Gazette, my guess is as long as your still able to access and search for it. There are details of notices etc dating back a quite a long time in the archives etc.
