Fantastic to see you finally received your discharge papers & free to fly at last. Well done.

It was May 2011 my final payment,still no discharge papers.

As i posted months ago that id noticed AIB Register of insolvencies had updated my Trust Deed info with Date of Trustees Discharge as 27/07/2011 & you kind folks confirmed yes to my questioning did that mean i am actually discharged.

Havent chased up since emails i sent months ago,i got an email response from a Begbies employee on this forum but after i gave her name & office of my trustee,not a peep since.
I keep forgetting to phone their office when i get home from work so note to self & stick on fridge to get phonin n chase up my long awaited proof of Discharge. Then hopefully soon ill report back with news of FREEDOM 🙂
Also Gemgem good to see you & hubby got Vanquis credit cards...id been swithering whether to apply for 1 to start credit building again..fear of knockback stopped me....so now i`ll go n apply 🙂

I make my last payment shortly and am nervous that something will go wrong!!! I cant believe that after 42 payments we can perhaps finally start to look forward.

I'm sorry to hear you have had no confirmation of your trust deed discharge as yet.

It sounds as though there may be a bit of a misunderstanding on one thing. There are no Begbies employees on this forum or connected to this forum. I think you'll need to contact the company directly to move this forwards.

Good luck with the Vanquis card application.

& thanks to Trust Deed Assistant for your post...i made an error,i had & have again today emailed Begbies Traynor through Trust-Deed.co.uk link to their company site.

Since posting my earlier thread i got Equifax report which shows all credit accounts as being settled yet Trust Deed has no date satisfied.
Would it be acceptable to send Equifax a printed document of my AIB-register of insolvencies account statement which states all dates and trustee discharge date?
Of course will be contacting trustees office later in week by phone to start stalking them till i get my Discharge letter....then ill be a happy bunny 🙂

Hi Lynne.

I'm not exactly sure what the credit reference agencies want, nor exactly what they do with it once they receive it. A number of people have written here about sending them the letter they receive once discharged from their trust deed but I'm not sure that it needs to be this document specifically.
