Hi kerry,

Yes - generally.

But you'll want to monitor your credit report to make sure each creditor updates your/their account to reflect your discharge.

Are you needing or wanting to access credit soon?

Yes. The biggest improvement is when the trust deed no longer shows at all on your credit report ( 6 years after it started).
