Is this who those of us that were with RSM Tenon need to contact? I know things officially changed hands on the 1 of Oct. I don't know about anyone else but I've yet to hear ANYTHING from Apex or Baker Tilly. While I appreciate things are still in transition those of us in trust deeds with RSM should be given a general idea of when we will be contacted regarding what office and contact person will be taking over our case. I apologise in advance if its already been posted.
Hi Amerififer.
The contact details you need are all on apexdebtsolutions.co.uk.
Telephone number posted in last thread I linked to.
Kevin has posted that they're in the process of contacting all clients.
Ta TDA I've obviously missed that post.. apologies and as always thanks for the help ๐
Hi guys.
My direct line is 0330 055 5470. Anyone needing to contact their case manager should feel free to call me and I will either hopefully be able to answer your query myself or at least let you know who you should speak to and how to contact them.
As I said, letters will be sent out soon, but I appreciate that it may not be possible for some people to wait for these. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Hi Kevin, do you anticipate that there will be some delay in form 5's being sent out? Made my last payment on 26 November, so anxiously waiting fro my discharge[:)]
I wouldn't want to promise that there wouldn't potentially be a small delay, CIF, as we catch up with things. However, not necessarily and if there is I'm sure it won't be long at all.
Cheers Kevin, I don't want to call to chase it. Been through mergers and backlogs many times myself, so I know the additional pressures that they can bring.
