Hi all

If I experience a change in circumstances in relation to my living arrangements and this then requires me to pay rent to a landlord what will then happen to my TD contributions?

I do not currently have any board/rental/mortgage outgoings at the moment but pay other housing costs, bills etc but this may change in the future. Is there a ceiling on home rental income costs? I would also mention that this potential change is something that is outwith my control.

If after paying rental income and other outgoings what if my disposable income is at a level too low to sustain the TD?

Your trustee may look to extend the length of the td,but best to talk to them directly.

Hi gresgow

I think Paul is correct. You will need to discuss matters with your Trustee. The likely scenarios will be a reduction in contribution and extention to the time period or sequestration.
