Hello
My current car has died and whilst in a trust deed my credit file is bad so can't finance a new one and have no spare income to buy one. If my partner was to purchase a car for me am I allowed to make payments to her to pay the car

Hi. That should be possible, as long as a car is reasonably required and it doesn't affect your ability to pay your Trust Deed contributions. However, you would need to get your trustee's agreement first before you go ahead and do this.
