I am currently 5 months in to my trust deed.
Do to personal reason my self and my partner have decided to split up.
We are not married or have morgage as we rent from council.
As of january my payments are due to increase due to me now being in full time employment.
As the trust deed is in my name only i would lke to know if i will be able to get my payments reduced as i will be paying all house hold bills and also i will need to pay childcare for after school clubs for my daughter.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks[:(]

Welcome to the forum izzy1409.

You'll need to contact your trustee when you know what your revised income and expenditure will be.

They'll work with you to ascertain what needs to change with your payment based upon affordability.

Thankyou for yout reply.
Will i need to give them any proof of my partner moving out?
As it has not been on good term i do not think there will be much contact when he leaves.

Thanks

Hi Izzy

As TDA mentioned, your Trustee will probably send you a new income and expenditure to complete to review the current level of contribution and will probably look for details or proof of your partners new accommodation etc.

Have you looked into whether you will qualify for tax credits, Izzy? You may well be able to get help towards your childcare costs, or more help if you were getting some already.
