And not once advised of the change until I chased up unresolved issued by the previous adviser. Doesn't really help at all with the stress and anxiety of being in a trust deed ๐Ÿ™

Every end has a start !!

I have been in a TD for 3 years and have had do deal with about 6 different people from the firm we are with. And when I have spoken to some they haven't even put it on the notes about our conversation . Really frustrating having to go over the same conversation over and over again .

Always ask for confirmation by email so things said on the phone arent forgotten.

Rsm tenon always sent me a letter advising of any change to case manager.

Some firms do seem poor at communication.

RSM Tenon wrote to me about a year and a half ago to let me know that my contact was going on maternity leave and let me know who new person was, in a different office. They didn't let me know about any changes recently, I only found out because I made contact.

As for getting anything in writing, that would never happen. I always followed advice on here. If I sent an email enquiry I always got a phone call as response, any time I asked for reply in writing it was never given. I don't understand that at all

I have no idea who my advisor is! There is a different contact name on every letter! I have dealt with 3 separate people so far

I know it must be frustrating, but companies do change staff or they move to different departments. Personally I am always the 1st point of contact which is not particularly ideal giving out my moby number, especially Saturday's and Xmas day etc, but I think continuity is a big thing and it's never been a 9-5 job.
