In 44 Days time it will be my last payment and not only that the 1st June just happens to fall on a Saturday - how rude. So I have to wait to the Monday for the bank to process it...Really on the last lap now - cant wait.

Hi David,

T.D was over three years. A few creditor claims remain to be sorted out but all ppi claims have been dealt with and closed. Hopefully I'll get a speedy discharge.

Hi Sparky

I don't think its acceptable that it's 3 years later & claims are not agreed.

I think anything beyond 6 months to a year maximum is sufficient time. I do worry when all creditors can be contacted re PPI and all are resolved, yet a key point in the whole process isn't

I remember you said that before Mark. Do you think that it might be a possibility that I can be discharged @ the end while my IP sorts out the claims, after all any delay will be their fault I guess.

Hi Sparky

Think it? I would demand it. Bottom line is you agreed to a proposal which binds you and the trustee. You've kept your bit...

You can easily be discharged while he sorts out the stuff which should have been sorted eh! 2 years ago.

Keep on their backs.

Positive news (well sort of), the creditor claims that remain outstanding - will be looked at when my IP has time, keeps my sense of humour going anyway.
