I hope you'll forgive me, but I couldn't resist the urge to start the 1000th topic in this forum.
The forum was "born" in late 2007 but was really quite different from its current form. By different I mean a bit rubbish and unusable... so we binned it in early 2009 and started again!
I'd like to say a massive thank you to Mark Mcfadyen, Kevin Mapstone and Julie Heaton who have offered so much of their time and knowledge to make the site a helpful and useful place for visitors, contributors and readers.
I'd also like to say a massive thank you to all of the contributors to the 1000 topics who have made the forum such an interesting and positive place despite the serious nature of the subjects covered here.
Over the past year everyone involved in the site has noticed that increasingly visitors and members have taken time out to advise and support each other based upon their own experiences.
This development, to me, has made the forum so much better than it ever was before and I really hope that this continues and develops in the coming months and years. Shared experience and support is, in my opinion, at least as important to visitors to the site as the technical knowledge of our experts.
Well done TDA and everyone involved in making it a success. I am sure the forum's content has helped many people over the last 3 years and here's to the next 3.

Horay.......
Great forum which has help myself and no doubt many others out of a very dark place....
Thanks....
Congrats to all involved.
This forum was a super source of useful information at a time when I needed as much information as I could lay my eyes on.
Real people with real problems and, most importantly, real solutions - that's what I found here.
Thank you ๐
Cheers,
DFW
