I wonder if someone could advise me what would happen in a Trust Deed if you were to win the lottery or come into a large sum of money.

many thanks

Hi diverdown

In the lucky even of a lottery win, you would require to pay the debts in full, plus interest at 8% and the fees and outlays of the Trustee.

That's what I like to hear, diverdown, some positive thinking! If Derren Brown can do it, so can you...

Hi all

I had a case a while back where he won 3.4 Million and called to let us know, from his new house somewhere in Southern Ireland!!!

Don't worry we found him!

I'm constantly surprised that I never win the lottery but it may be connected to the fact that I never remember to buy a ticket.
