Lots of users, myself included, have put comments on the site offering an insight into the Service they have received from their trust deed provider, and we all know it is easier and possibly more popular to vent frustration than to take the time to offer a little praise.
In this instance I intend to do the latter. Of course, i cannot speak for every one of their customers - but i cannot praise highly enough the process carried out by WA recently in closing my Trust Deed. Also, my wife received the same care and attention from them 6 months ago.
I had a hard copy of my Form 5 in less than a week after my final payment, and a soft copy emailed a few days before that. My wife the same. The trustee filed the paperwork to discharge them-self the day after the 42 days notice to creditors.
Through out this closing process i was kept fully apprised and welcomed to communicate as regular as required with my adviser and also a member of staff on the closing team. I cannot praise them highly enough, honestly. I have heard horror stories and dreaded the end the whole way through.
So, if anyone from that company looks in, which I think they do, let me say thank you - the staff member's were Sarah S (relationship manager) and closure team was Catherine H. Let them be an example of what other members of your staff should aspire to be.

Well done reaching this point and being completely debt free with a closed Trust Deed.
It's all too easy to criticise when something has went wrong or as you say to vent frustration and I think forums tend to attract people who are looking for help and advice in a difficult situation.
It's nice to hear that WA have been good to deal with and delivered good customer service. Well done to them. I'm sure the staff members involved will appreciate the kind feedback. Here is hoping they see it.
