Hello
Iv just completed a 42 month trust deed with invocasfinancial the last payment was in August ,when I asked the guy that deals with me about it he said that it was passed to another dept to finish and he would chase it up ,anyway never heard any more although iv checked the aib site and find that I'm listed as 8/10/2013 date of debtors discharge ,I now know from this site I should get a form 5 although no sign of it yet, does this mean that it's finally over and I can get on with my life? Is there any other thing they can do to me ,couple of months ago they recovered ยฃ10,000 in ppi from the bank is there anything else i wonder,Feel its been such a long haul but hopefully worth it
Thanks

Hi edinjohn

If you are registered as discharged, then that's it official regardless of whether you received the Form 5 or not. That said, you should have received a copy and I think you should request one for your own records.

The discharge itself discharges you totally from the trust deed, it may be that the trustee remains for a while to finalise things, but that will have no effect on your discharge.

Glad it all worked out for you and hopefully you can look forward.

Mark

Congratulations on your discharge, edinjohn. It's no easy task living on a tight budget for 3 1/2 years, so well done and have a think about how you can treat yourself now!

Hi edinjohn,

We'll done on the successful completion of your Trust Deed.

You should receive your Form 5 in the post shortly. Give Invocas a call and chase this up. The main thing is your discharge on the register of insolvencies.

All the best for the future and enjoy the extra money per month.
