Just called my IP with only four days remaining for any of my creditors to object to my TD. The reason for my call was just to find out the procedure for notifying of whether the TD has achieved protection or not.

During the course of the call, I was advised that so far no objections had been received (don't know if it is unusual to have received none at all)and am now just hoping that this remains the case. I will be phoning them first thing on Monday 17th to get confirmation regards the TD and I will keep everyone informed.

Boy this is nervewracking!

Hi gresgow.

A complete absence of objections is very common. Good trust deed companies know what the major lenders will and will not accept.

The signs certainly look very positive for you.

Hi Gresgow

That's great news that none of your creditors have objected to date. Hopefully this will remain the case.
