Well , yet again my trustee is shouting the odds , with no proof to back up his demands .

Has anyone sued a trustee for harrasment or liable , when they demand money but can not give factual proof to back up the demand .

Plus seven years into a trust deed is a farce , been milked for fees amounting to tens of thousands of pounds .

Trustee , is even acting against the wishes of my creditors surely they can move to oust him and get paid ??. If anyone from Begbies Traynor wishes to comment then feel free .
I can provide seven years of failings by this firm/ trustee , plus it has been a huge factor in my divorce and health problems .

Put up with the wishes of my creditors or shut up , would be very happy for you to resgin , but I feel you need taught a lesson by the common man in a court of law and made a example of .

Would rather be remembered for fighting for my home , rather than just handing over the keys .[:(!]

Hi pinalta.

I'm sorry to hear that resolution of this dispute still hasn't been found.

For a number of reasons, not least data protection law, I think it's highly unlikely that your trustee will respond in any substantive way here.

With that in mind, without disputing your viewpoint, and from a forum moderation point of view, I just want to point out to readers that the named firm concerned are very likely to have a quite different view about this situation of which we're not aware.

Setting that aside, I do hope that a resolution to this can be found soon.

I should also say pinalta, your determination and strength of mind about the scenario described really stands out in your posts.

I'm sure readers will respect that.

In fairness its up to begbies traynor to defend themselves. Doesnt sound like they have done a very good job but clearly we need both sides of the story to confirm this or not.

Data protection regulations would only apply if pinalta didn't want the details discussed.

I respect all your replies and points of views . However what I state is the truth and is not just my point of view , so the truth speaks for itself .

Had I know at the start that seven years on this would be still ongoing , I would have just handed over the keys and walked away .

However Im fighting for my home which was my parents before me , Im happy to forgo and data protection regarding this , this firm and trustee needs to be exposed and shamed , Im sure the facts of the torment they have put me through not to mention constant harrasment will come out in court , they threaten legal action constantly just to delay things and draw more fees. Now the ultimatum has been given to them take me to court or discharge me without further delay either way .[;)]

Hopefully, in the not too distant future, Pinalta can reveal the full details of his experience with this firm.

I've been involved,to an extent, in assisting Pinalta try to move this case forward and can say without a shadow of a doubt it is the worst case I have ever witnessed in 26 years of doing this job.

I'm sure the full story will make very interesting reading!
