We cannot provide you with an expectation here - you'd need to speak directly with your former trustee and ask them. There is no set period.

This does seem like a very long period of time for you, but having said that your trustee may be able to explain why this is the case.

I'm going through a re-mortgage and was wondering if this could affect my application? Enough time has passed that there is no record of the trust deed on my credit file

Let's hope that it doesn't JohnP - I wouldn't necessarily expect that it would do given that we're talking about a remortgage rather than a purchase (where more searches would normally be done).

Thanks for your help TDA. I think it may have been highlighted already in a search so not sure what will have now as pretty close to completion!
