I made my final payment to the trust deed back on 01st December 2011.
I have emailed Begbies Traynor 3 times now since the final payment was made, asking them "what's next".. I haven't heard anything back from them confirming final payment nor what stage they are at with the discharge.
Should I be worried ??

Should you be worried? No. That said, you should call them and get an update.
Closure should be about 4 weeks or thereabouts. Xmas etc will obviously have a delaying factor.

No excuse for not replying to an email,it takes seconds to put someones mind at rest.
Give them a bell to find out what stage things are at.
