Hi,
The last payment to my trust deed is due at the end of February. I was also paying £100 per month to cover any increase in my property value. I didn't start paying the £100 until2-3 months after the first td payment. Couple of questions:
1. Will trustee approach me once I make the final payment
2. Will I need to pay 36 installments of the £100
3. If the value of my property has not increased will I get any of these payments back.
4. How soon after the last payment is made! will I be released from the trust deed

Was a figure agreed at the start for the value of your property?

A lot will depend on what was agreed with the trustee at the start. I think its unlikely that anything will be returned if there is a change to the property valuation.
I think its best to contavt them directly once the last payment has been made and hopefully they will begin the closing process.
