Hi,
I entered a trust deed about 12 months ago and at the time I had a company car. I know have to switch jobs but I don't get a car with this new job and I require a car to get to work but also to pick up my daughter from nursery etc.
What are the options for me to get a car. I require a car ASAP.

How would you fund payments towards this new car? Anything that will have a negative impact on your ability to make your agreed TD payments may be troublesome but any issues can be overcome through discussion with your trustee. You would need your trustee to make an allowance but even then you would probably need somebody to get finance for you in their name as nobody will touch you with a TD on your credit record.Any family members who would be willing to take out a loan or car finance for you?
Did you pay for insurance and road tax on the company car,as these may be new costs for you to think about as well?
