Hi manatbushk
I'll certainly have a look when I receive the email. Slight panic as I thought for a minute it was one of our Trust Deeds!
Can you clarify the position with the house. You mentioned you raised £50k from the sale of the house and then advised that the Trustee wanted to deal with the sale. If you clarify, I can hopefully assist.

Hi manatbushk.
It is difficult for the experts that post here to get into direct offline communication about trust deeds being managed by firms other than their own.
The forum is probably the best place for that as it means a number of experts can share their views, that you'll still get an answer if someone is out of the office with client meetings all day, and that other readers (now and in the future) can benefit from the advice and explanations as well.
Might this situation just be that your trustee feels that they need a little more control over the process? I doubt that they'll be going back on a deal that has already been agreed?
Is the house being sold to your daughter at less than its full market value, manatbushk? If so, then I can see why your trustee is likely to have a problem with that. Unless the full amount of the debt plus interest plus costs and outlays of the trust deed are covered then the trustee is going to want to ensure that they get as much as they can from the sale.
