Hello sharkey.

Don't worry about the other post in another thread, I'll remove it.

In terms of your question, all I can really encourage you to do is to be upfront and honest with your trust deed provider if you put yourself in a position where your income increases.

Hi Sharkey

How often are your regular reviews?

If it's every 6 months, i would think the most recent was your last one.

Agree with TDA, best to be upfront with your TD provider, especially so close to completion.

Hi sharkey

I see no reason for another review. You have done your part, so your trustee should honour theirs.

I don't see this as an issue. I'm sure it will be fine.

Hi Sharkey

I don't think you will get another review, that should be you done now. If you had done some overtime whilst in your trust deed, you would probably have been able to keep half of any overtime.
