Hi everyone

This morning I received a letter from my Trustee with a form attached stateing that all payments had been recieved and the Trustee was seeking my discharge from the Trust Deed. Also, after paying a final dividend to creditors, they would be seeking their discharge and that would be the end of matters. They anticipate this being in 4 weeks.

The letter arrived almost exactly on the 3rd anniversary. So I wanted to thank Mark for sticking to his promises and making the 3 year journey as painless as possible.

When I signed, I had around £38k in debt. I owned my house with no equity and agreed a contribution that I was happy with. I maintained the payments as agreed and a valuation confirmed that there was no equity. Fortunately I was not required to pay the £500 some people seem to need to pay.

So that appears to be it, or am I missing something?

Just wanted to share some good news with you and will keep 'lurking' on the site, even though I'm now a free man. (with an extra £325 per month!!)

Many thanks again to Mark and his team and also Trust Deed Assistant and the numerous posters for their help advice and guidance to all the members and for a genuinely great site.

Den

Hi Den.

That's genuinely excellent news. Congratulations to you on completing your trust deed.

Congratulations also to Mark and his team for earning your kind words.

I'm sure you'll enjoy having that extra £325 per month to spend as you wish.
