I save my clubcard points to use and double up at Xmas time. Part of my trust deed was tesco loan. Went to get the weekly shop today to find I have zero points having has ยฃ88 worth of points the other day!!! So they have obviously decides in getting none! Disappointed with that but to be expected I suppose

I would contact them - do you have to register these things with name and address etc?

Very surprised to hear that they have taken that stance and also the first time I've heard this.

My partner and I share a clubcard for Tesco. I say share, I'm forced to use Tesco for shopping and fuel for the points to use at Christmas.

If you had family member/partner would it be possible to use their card? You would have to read up on the T&Cs.

I phoned them and they say that even though I am an Xmas saver my points total goes to 0 as they are putting out August vouchers now so points total should return to normal so will wait and see

I checked with my Mrs and the same happened to us. We should receive our voucher statement in August and our club card points on our card have been reset to zero.

We are just back from Tesco and on our receipt it still shows our full points value.
