That's me signed my trust deed. I'm not sure how I thought I'd feel about it, but I still seem a bit apprehensive. I hope I've done the right thing, and that I've a nice straight forward 3 years with no hassles.

Hi, I've been there before and know how you feel. However the outcome now could only be a positive one @ least you'll have a fresh start to look forward to in three years time.

Hi Mathlete

I have no doubts it will work out fine.

Get all the unknowns agreed and sorted at the start. After that, it's pretty straightforward.

Thanks everyone.

Mark, the initial chat we had sorted out everything I could think of, I'm just worried there's something I'll have forgotten. I'm sure it'll be fine.
