Taking out a Trust deed

I'm thinking I may have to go down this line. can anyone tell me if this would affect my son who is applying for the Police force, and would it also affect his credit rating as he stays with me.

If you are linked only by address it will make no difference to your son.

Re joining the force, my father was and young brother is an officer. He lives at home and our parents were vetted during his application process. Criminal and financial background.

Good luck on his application it is a great career choice.

Completed 3yr TD Sept '12 discharged Sept '12. Trustee discharged Jan '13
