Hello!
I am currently a self-employed sole trader however I want to move to being a Limited Company. I've been in my Trust Deed for 2 years and want to know if this would be allowed?
Any help is much appreciated!

Hi Wuyi,
It's technically possible, but to be a Director of a Limited Company, you need the permission of your Trustee. Some questions to think about in advance of speaking to them, would be to consider Why you're looking to make this change, and What would the implications be for your ability to maintain your contribution.
