So I finished my TD in January of this year and was given my discharge in February. I was told by KPMG they'd pursue PPI but have not heard anything from them since.

Recently I've been getting letters from RBS regarding claiming PPI which I've filled out and sent. Not a mention of KPMG.

I'm just curious to know if I do claim PPI and I AM successful will the money be mine by rights because I have a discharge or will it go to KPMG?

Thanks one and all I hope you are all keeping well.

Trust Deed started January 2010.
Finished January 2013.

Hi slayervixen. I'm afraid it will have to go to your trustee - in fact you may well find that they send the cheque directly to KPMG as I imagine they are the reason that RBS have written to you about PPI.

RBS will normally send it directly to your trustee, but more likely offset it against any debts you have with RBS.

In the unlikely event they send you a cheque, its always safer to forward this directly to your IP.
